These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between
myhousingsociety (“us”, “we”) and you (“User”, “you”).
This Agreement sets forth the terms of your use of the myhousingsociety
mobile application and its related services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be
bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not
authorized to use the Services.

Our Services

The application provides features including but not limited to society
communication, notices, payments, complaints, billing, and other community
management services.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of
any third-party sites or services.

Access and Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. You must not resell, copy,
reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt unauthorized access to the application.
Collecting or using personal information of other users without consent
is strictly prohibited.

Payments

All payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways
such as PhonePe.

We do not store or collect sensitive payment information such as UPI PINs,
card details, or banking credentials.

By making a payment, you also agree to PhonePe’s Terms and Privacy Policy.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • No refunds once a payment is successfully completed.
  • Duplicate or failed transactions will be reversed as per PhonePe or
    respective bank policies.
  • Cancellations, if applicable, will apply only to future billing cycles.

Trial Period

A trial period may be offered at our discretion. After the trial expires,
continued use of the Services requires a paid subscription.
Trial data or content may be removed if the service is not upgraded.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability,
or uninterrupted access to the Services.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages, including but not limited to payment failures, service interruptions,
or data loss arising from the use of the Services.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
